Here are the simple steps for finding your dream job on Nexza.

1 Create Your Account and Candidate Profile

To get started, click the "Sign Up" button at the top of the screen to create your candidate profile. Your profile is how Nexza matches you with compatible software teams.

2 Search and Bookmark

Browse through Nexza's recommended matching teams or run your own search. Click the bookmark icon on each profile to add that team to your short list.

3 Express Interest

Once you've found an intriguing team, click the "I'm Interested" button to let that team know you'd like to learn more.

4 Receive Identity Requests

If you are setup as a passive candidate, we only show an anonymous version of your profile. Teams can request your identity and you can unmask to any team you like.

5 Take Your Dream Job!

After you knock your interviews out of the park, accept an awesome job offer and pop the champagne!
